This villa, located in Sigoulès, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 30 September, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub and 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features central heating, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
