"Arrived at the Hotel and the staff could not be more feiendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful property with a swiss feel. Room was great , indoor pool with Sauna and showers . Restaurant was amazing and probably our best meal in Switzerland. Perfectly located right at the beginning of all the restaurants and shops in Grindenwald. Walk out the door and two minutes you are in the heart of everything. Walked to Grindenwald First as well. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay there...

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!"
