where is the receptionist?

The place feels brand new and the whole design is clean and minimal with some beach vibes! Our first impression was wow was a good value for money, we love the room and it was one of the best showers we had! The thing that mostly disappointed us was the lack of staff in front desk- I mean until now we haven’t really interacted with a receptionist only with the cleaning lady and with the guy from the restaurant near by who gave us the key. So for our second day we had NO ROOM CLEANING, got a toilet paper & bottled water left on the outside but again no room cleaning, not even to take out the trash! On the morning after when we asked the cleaning lady for why is that? She said we didn’t leave the key! But there was no one in the front desk to leave the key with and / or to explain about this policy! A major staff issue to improve

Petit hôtel moderne avec chambres au rdc. A notre arrivée, il y avait des fourmis dans les 2 chambres, puis le problème a été resolu. Très propre. Tv. Situé face à la mer mais l’eau n’est pas assez propre pour la baignade. Petit village avec quelques restos locaux. Excellents pdj au Hug cafe et bon service. Nous avons fait plusieurs excursions sur les îles avec Ming (rasta man) qui travaille au bar annexé au dépanneur et massage. Négociations possibles. Le gros bémol est le service à l’hotel. Personne ne parlait anglais ou français et souvent il n’y avait tout simplement personne à l’accueil.

Some Tweaks Needed

Lovely room excellent reception and very clean. We stayed four nights but only slept well on two of them due to noise from other guests. The first night domestic tourists had a party until 3.00 am on the terrace and another night a family woke up at 6.00 am and had a nosy 3 hour breakfast on the terrace. WiFi was poor and although the blackout curtains worked well on the window. Light streamed in through the glass door.

Quelle hôtesse bienveillante qui s est mise en 4 non en 10 pour nous faire plaisir. L hôtel est neuf en face de la plage. Propreté irréprochable. Mériterait une publication dans le guide du routard. Gentillesse et sourire au rdv. Je recommande vivement.
