A magical environment. So serene and beautiful. The grounds are impeccably clean, trees and lawn manicured perfectly. The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. Meals and drinks at the La Frida restaurant delicious! The room was lovely, and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. Wishing we could have stayed longer, however left us with a memory we will treasure 😊

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the lovely property and great restaurant. However this time the pool was very cloudy and water not very inviting. They also were not able to arrange transportation to the airport for us. Gave us a flyer on a town car rental. If you don't speak much Spanish, this is difficult to navigate.

Encontramos un alacran en el baño, la alberca estaba sucio y el servicio por parte de los meseros fue terrible. La experiencia fue mala desde que llegamos y nos recibió seguridad al no saber indicarnos el camino correcto, y en el check-in no se nos brindo la información completa.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, la alberca con agua templada, seria bueno que avisaran desde el check in de los horarios de los diferentes restaurantes. Tuvimos un problema con la luz del baño, y aunque fueron muy amables y ofrecieron un cambio de habitación que nosotros rechazamos, se tardaron muchísimo tiempo en dar respuesta y tuvimos que estar buscandolos para que nos revisaran la instalación

En la reservacion no esta mencionado q el desayuno incluido NO es de buffet,pero simple continental.La gente q tienen desayuno continental lo atienden MUY mal,dejan esperar 45 minutos para q llegan los huevos .....el cafe esta frio ..pedi crema para cafe y nunca llego ,pedi matequilla,llego despues 30 min ,el pan horrible . Ofrecieron un pan dulce ,pero tenia q pagar . Como es posible si pago mas de 5000mxn para una noche y no dan desayuno de bufet

Las instalaciones están impecables y se disfrutan mucho. La alberca climatizada permite disfrutarla prácticamente todo el día. El restaurante raíces no recomendable. Y el personal en general poco servicial ni muy amable. Y me molestó bastante que al momento del check out la recepcionista comentó que tenía adeudo en uno de los restaurantes y al pedir aclaración mágicamente dichos adeudos desaparecieron.

La habitación muy bonita, el Personal, muy amable, las instalaciones muy lindas, decoradas, modernas y acogedoras. Lo único que no nos gustó es que reservamos para dos adultos y dos menores y sólo nos dieron pases para desayunar para los dos adultos. Tampoco nos gustó que nos asignaron un restaurante. Cuando llegamos. Nos preguntaron si teníamos reservación que porque todo estaba lleno cuando nunca se nos avisó que teníamos que reservar. En el restaurante no nos explicaron que unos panes y capuchinos no estaban incluidos en el desayuno que teníamos incluido. Solo esos detalles del desayuno, todo lo demás super buenas el staff mega amigable. El chico de mantenimiento de las albercas muy movido, si nos puso la fogata, cuando ya nos habían dicho que por la hora no era posible. Se lo agradezco infinita mente porque fue una noche mágica
