"We visited with out 3 girls during half term. We really liked the layout of the apartment and it had everything we needed (although we forgot to take towels which weren't supplied - our bad!) The surrounding are beautiful and interesting with the old ironworks directly opposite. We found a nice pub, the Anglers Arms, just up the road with friendly staff and the food looked good. Our only very minor gripes are - we couldn't get one of the radiators to come on downstairs - not too bad when we went...

"Our recent stay in this lovely, stylish house was extremely enjoyable. The house had everything we needed for our stay and for a family of five. There are four bedrooms, two singles (on on ground floor and one on second floor) plus a king sized bedroom on second floor and a nice double on the first floor. "What a beautiful place Storrs Hall is. And not just because of the wonderful historic building set in an incredible location, the high standard of furnishings and cleanliness, but also because of the high quality of service and attentiveness that every member of staff provides. From the check in experience, the bar, the Bistro and breakfast, everyone couldn’t have been more polite or helpful. And speaking of food, wow! We ate in the bistro, and the food was stunning, and very reasonably priced (IMO). Breakfast the next morning was also such a high quality treat. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay at the hotel. "

"From the moment we arrived to the moments we left, the staff was helpful friendly. The location is beautiful. The drinks are priced reasonably the food (breakfast) was wonderful.
