Et eksempel var “servicen”, da et toilet var i stykker på værelset og ikke var brugbart - at “det var muligt, at blive flyttet til et andet værelse uden ekstra omkostninger” (fulgt af en løgnehistorie om, at andre gæster godt havde kunnet stille sig tilfreds med et værelse uden et funktionelt toilet😀). Det takkede jeg så ja til (også på en høflig måde)."

"It’s a nice apt with nice appliances. But it was too complicated to access, operate and maneuver. But Next door to Spodek. To get to actual apt..you have to drag ur luggage across a parking area. Up steps. To enter the bldg. there is no place for a taxi or uber to park closer to the entrance…. My biggest frustration was that the font on the door to explain instructions were in less than 3 point ..I wh need a magnifying glass to read it.. when I closed the apt door from the inside , it...
