Outside, the property boasts a private rectangular swimming pool measuring 7.30 x 5 meters, with stair access and a depth ranging from approximately 1 to 3 meters. The pool is fenced for added safety and offers complete privacy, as it is not visible from neighboring properties. The estate also provides private on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles. Its outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine and pleasant al fresco dining.
