"The home was what we needed for our group of 7 guys golfing around Birmingham for a few days. Communication was very prompt and Clint was responsive to keypad code issue and other questions. Only issue was the inconsistent wifi that never got truly figured out, but the owners did send someone out to try for a fix"

"Big beautiful home! Perfect for bringing lots of family and friends into town for a visit. Lots of things to do both inside and outside and lots of places for beds to stay in separate rooms. Excellent kitchen & stove with lots of dishes and cutlery. Pots & pans could use an upgrade. Owner lives on the property but was mostly unseen. Would highly recommend the property."

"We stayed at Genevieve over the Thanksgiving holiday. We loved the house. The bedrooms were a very nice size and the beds were very comfortable.It was really nice to have the BBQ restaurant within walking distance, along with an ice cream parlor.We will definitely book Genevieve next time we are in Birmingham."
