Die Landschaft entschädigt

Ein Appartment, dessen Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das eigentlich von uns gebuchte Zimmer erwies sich olfaktorisch als unerträglich ( offensichtlich hatte man entgegen der Regeln darinnen geraucht). Es lag nicht an der Reinigung! Diese war vollkommen in Ordnung! Wir konnten vor Ort wechseln, mussten dadurch allerdings den Aufenthalt um einen Tag kürzen. Noch ist die Rückzahlung nicht erfolgt. Insgesamt zeigt sich, wie bei vielen Unterkünften in der Schweiz, dass man viel Geld für wenig Komfort zahlen muss. Der Ansprechpartner des Vermietungsservices mit Sitz in Mailand war sehr nett und bemüht, unsere missliche Lage zu beheben.
