"Great location, close to several waterfalls and nice downtown area of Cookeville.. Property was one of the best we've stayed at.. Even though it rained we were able to enjoy the covered porches and outdoor area.. Great place to stay and we hope to return"

"Enjoyed our stay here, host was very responsive. Had a minor issue with the stove but maintenance guy came out and addressed it quickly. I do wish the kitchen had better lighting, otherwise no complaints and we would stay here again!"

"We stayed here for a small group retreat and it was great! The property was clean and organized and had plenty of amenities. The hot tub was great and clean. We also love the little welcome goodies we received- it was a great touch! They also had more kitchenware, towels, than stated so that was great- no need to worry about bring too many extras!"
