"Plenty of room for our group of 10, including two small children. We originally booked at the San Moritz which is much smaller condos but is ski in and ski out. I think the lord knew we needed more room because our San Moritz house was cancelled due to new owners not honoring the reservation. We were lucky to find this condo so close to the base, we chose to drive to the base. Easily could have walked if we had somewhere to store our gear at the base. Owner Sean was great!"

"We absolutely love this place Both Britta and Matt are awesome! The place is always clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. The only negative feedback that we have is that the no children under 10 may be in the hot tub rule is not enforced, there were many children clearly under the age of 10 swimming and doing handstand inside the hot tub last night, and I went to soak this morning before checking out and there was a mother with her baby in a diaper in the hot tub. "

"Location of the condo is excellent. Definitely ski-in/ski-out. Short walk (less than 75 yds) to ski rentals and shops at the base of the Crested Butte ski resort. Small condo, but perfect for my son and I on a 4 day ski vacation. "
