"Hotel was nice and near Chinatown. However, it was in a busy area so a lot of hustle and bustle. It was near a metro stop so there were a good amount of unhoused inidivudals hanging around the area."

"I did a six night stay and in general the hotel is a nice option. I like that there was the opportunity for breakfast, including hot options.I like that there was a chaise lounge type couch in the room, which is awesome to not always have to sit on a bed when in the room. My only issue was that there were three days that my room wasn't cleaned. I checked with the staff when I checked out and they said that when you stay more than a night or two that you have to ask to have the room cleaned every day. I don't know how I would've known to do that. I feel like if you pay as much as you do for a hotel in the city, it should be cleaned daily or at least they should've asked me if I wanted it to be cleaned daily."

"Overall, my experience at the hotel was very good. I only have four suggestions/complaints: 1. Windows should be replaced with noise canceling ones, at least in the first two or three floors. 2. Breakfast only offers a la carte menu, not convenient for guests who prefer a quick in-out. 3. Hot water in the shower takes a little longer that usual and at times turns cold while showering. 4. The A/C thermostat took a little too long to restart and the room got a little too warm for my taste."
