"Overall we had a great stay, this house served us in a pinch as we were 3 workers + their families (11 total) and all the local hotels were booked. It was a bit out of the way drive wise but that is no fault of the host. Melissa was responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked we would definitely book again."

"This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. Overall, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much!"

"We used this house as a hub for our sons wedding. Most family had hotel rooms, but we needed a place to gather during the day. It was good for that. The house is a decent size, but it's kinda funky and has a strange layout. The kitchen and living room are connected so there is enough room to gather. This is where we spent most of our time. Loved having the dining table in the kitchen as i spent a lot of time in there! Kitchen missing larger bowls, but otherwise decently stocked. Bedrooms ok....

"The house is adorable and just like it appears in the pictures. Its an easy walk to downtown and a bunch of restaurants etc, and a (relatively) short drive to a ton of hikes around lake Tahoe. Like someone else mentioned, I saw a few families of deer wandering around the neighborhood in the mornings and it was very quiet and peaceful. The host was super helpful and always responded quickly. Check in/out were super easy."

"Lovely home! Large kitchen (island) work area. (If you are cooking for a large family, you should bring bigger cooking pans.) Back yard is great for a big family. Attached apartment is nice for extra family, and disabled persons. Limited parking for a large family. Its a quiet neighborhood, so outdoor activities are cut short at 9pm. The host, Victoria, is very kind and helpful and responds quickly. This property is in a safe neighborhood, but also far away from amenities. Thanks again!"

"Sia and Ray worked really hard to create a welcoming space with everything you need to have an amazing stay. The kitchen was perfect and they have a nice living room and patio to hang out. My favorite was they had a real blender to make smoothies in. The property is within walking distance of the hipster midtown. Our stay was fantastic, thanks to you both for putting so much heart and soul into the place!!"

"My family had a wonderful stay & Eugene was very easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for my husband's fishing & and also easy for us to get to skiing at Diamond Peak. We loved being able to get downtown for dinner quickly. Also, the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again."

"Nice home on the ridge. Views are partially hidden by the surrounding area, but that also makes for a nice private setting. Backyard is very private & comfortable. We had a group of baby quail hatch while we were there making for great entertainment as Mom & Dad paraded them around."

The hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. We had no issues or concerns with anything during our stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!"
