"I was charged three different times for all 4 rooms that I reserved. Clerk had no clue what he was doing."

"Room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00pm, due to staffing shortage, which was no big deal, I had time to wait. Front desk did their best. Room was clean, however the a/c was barely keeping the room cool. Asked for a fan and was informed the 3 fans that they have were already in use in other rooms. Aside from the fan issue, and not being able to pay cash for bottled drinks or snacks, I would recommend this hotel."

"Furniture could use updating, the couch in my room looked like the cat clawed it. Mattress felt old and worn. Fixtures in the shower were hard to negotiate for proper temperature for a warm shower, not scalding hot. A/C was not very good at keeping the humidity down, room felt like a sauna when we first got there. Room also had a musty smell when you would come back in. That being said, the staff was very nice, polite and helpful."
