"The house was much bigger than it appeared in the photos - we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great, though it is a long walk we were able to walk to both the convention center and Downtown Disney. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and functional. No complaints! Thank you."

"Nothing but great stuff to say about the property quality and location in regards to proximity to beach, newport bike trail and some shops with food and drinks. Host was responsive and helpful. Only draw back is Newport parking and lack of, but most prople staying here will know this and be ready and willing to deal with it. We found parking both times we moved our vehicle with in 4 blocks."

"We stayed Nov 9-12 to play golf at a couple local courses & celebrate the Marine Corps Birthday. The check-in process was smooth, place was clean, view was tremendous, and location is perfect. Waves crashing against the sea wall 15' beneath your feet with an ocean view is the perfect setting. Only complaint is, we tried to get a guest in by leaving his name at the front gate. Security wouldn't take it and told us to call the property manager we dealt with. I called the only number I had in...

"Our family stayed here for a week and had an awesome time! This house is on the quiet side of the island and right next to a great beach. Our daughter swam and played in the sand everyday, and we walked to the ferry and restaurants. We also used the paddle boards and bikes! The house is in great condition and recently renovated. We will definitely be back!!"

"Home was neat and comfortable. Had everything the family needed. The pool alarm took a little bit to figure out and was challenging when you needed to carry things outside with you but it was okay. "

"15-minute walk to DL and DCA with 2 bedrooms and cheaper than the onsite hotels, what more could you want? There were so many baby/toddler items (toys, strollers, highchair, baby gates etc.) that made our stay even easier! I would definitely recommend this location to everyone but especially those with young children!"
