Enjoy this brand new condo in Silverthorne! Full kitchen & sleeps 4. You'll enjoy abundant natural light, a cozy fireplace, outdoor patio, workspace, and in-unit laundry. This unit also has convenient access to the Blue River behind the complex, and is on ground level with no stairs.
Centrally located near all main stores and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes from I70.
*Please note there is a building next door that is still under construction. There is light noise during the day.

The bedroom has a comfortable king sized Purple brand mattress. There are also two twin blow up mattresses with bedding provided.

Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Huge windows in the living room and bedroom provide awesome natural light. Gas fireplace turns on with a flip of a switch.

Large outdoor hot tub that is shared by the complex.

Workspace is provided in the bedroom with a monitor, keyboard and HMDI cable for working remotely.

There is a designated parking spot for the unit that is steps from the front door. There is a secondary guest parking pass that can be used in the guest spots but it’s not guaranteed there will be an available guest spot.
