Nearby trails for hiking or biking. It is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Centrally located to all ski resorts. Minutes to Lake Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco and more, Nearby Outlet shopping, grocery stores, Target, restaurants and the North Pond for fishing and other water activities during the summer and ice skating in the winter.
This townhome is 3 stories accessible via interior stairs. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
Rolling Ridge 20C, located in Silverthorne, is a short drive to the Keystone and Breckenridge slopes. What's more, we're just 14.2 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to.
PARKING: 1-car garage plus 1 immediately outside of the garage. No commercial trucks, boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs allowed. No parking in open lot area.

Loved the Hot Tub at the end of the ski day!
Condo was great for our family, comfortable and just as described. We especially loved the Hot Tub at the end of the ski day!
Property was great, just as it was listed! Loved the 2-car garage. We love Wildernest and the location was great. Best beds we have slept in in years lol. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Would love to book again. Just wanted to say thanks to Matt who was the property manager. He went up and above for us. Didn’t have to wait for any questions that I had, he was always quick to respond!

Great Location, Comfortable Townhome
This townhome was equipped with everything we needed for our week stay in the mountains! The rooms were large, garage was nice for when it snowed, and the kitchen came fully equipped. The management company gave us detailed emails before, during, and after our stay to ensure we had the best experience possible. Would love to stay at again, 15 minutes from Copper, 11 minutes from Keystone River Run, great convenient central location for all of Summit County. Thank you!
Our stay from beginning to end was excellent. The location is perfect to get to the many ski resorts in the area. The condo was perfectly stocked with what we needed. The kids loved the sleds as an evening treat. The condo was super clean and set up exactly like we wanted. Master was on the floor by itself and the teens had the upper level. We were very appreciative of the host when we got in town earlier than expected and were allowed to check in a bit early. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Amazing Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay at Rolling Ridge 20C. The condo is very centrally located for the ski resorts that we wanted to visit: Breck, Vail, Loveland, and Keystone. The bedrooms were spacious and gave everyone room to spread out. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with dishes, cookware and spices. They even had a pizza pan! There are lots of games, puzzles and books as well.
The hot tub was especially appreciated after a long day on the slopes. I would highly recommend this condo.

Very nice Townhomes.
We loved this townhome! It was very comfortable, nice amenities with its own hot tub, garage, and close to a trail. The kitchen was very well equipped as well. It was close to town to access any kind of store.
Very nice, well cared for, great location for exploring the area, only issue I had was I didn’t read instructions given to me.
Thanks for a great place, we will visit again.
We (2 adults and 4 teens) enjoyed a great weekend at this lovely townhome. Everything was very clean and in good working order, and the home is nicely decorated and furnished. Our crew especially enjoyed the private hot tub! There's a nice collection of board games, too.

Will Rent Again
We will definitely rent this place again. The Condo was very appointed with all cooking utensils, pots and pans you will need. Mat the PM was great and very responsive when we had any questions.
Great place and great PM and we look forward to next time.
Condo has lots of space. Nice heated garage. Quick on and off of I70. Well located for skiing all the major resorts in Summit Co as well as Vail and Beaver Creek. Beds are comfortable. Well stocked with dishware and cooking gear. Hot tub perfect for end of ski day.
The condo is beautiful and was as represented in the pictures. The kitchen had small appliances as described, all of the pots and pans needed to prepare a meal and plenty of dishes. The frig even had an ice and water dispenser! The hot tub was a nice way to relax in the evening after a long day of skiing!
We enjoyed our stay and happy to see if was a townhome vs a info. Having our own garage was great and the bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was really convenient. Great location too as it’s a short drive up Ryan Gulch. Our only issue was a few of the beds didn’t appear they changed the sheets which was inconvenient as we got in late. Had a washer in the unit so that was good too for things we wanted dried or recleaned. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place! No complaints!
We stayed for two weeks and would absolutely rent this property again. The location was perfect for our multi-resort ski trip. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. We used the hot tub daily and appreciated the convenience and privacy. The beds and seating were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and all the basic starter essentials were supplied (dishwasher tabs, trash bags, t.p., etc.). We had one small issue that the managers addressed on the same day we notified them. Thanks for a great stay!
Overall, the stay was good and the unit was as described. The location was easy access to everything and the unit was furnished comfortably. Plenty of provisions in the kitchen to make due for a week.
The only negative we had regarding the place was the heating in the lower living area. We were unable to keep the room cool enough, without opening the window (middle of winter). Otherwise, the heat would rocket up to 85 deg. Despite being set at 62! Clearly something wrong with the thermostat or something.
I don’t hold the renter responsible. Other than noting it was very warm when we first got there, we didn’t notify them to fix anything (until checkout). It took a couple of days to realize it wasn’t us missing a thermostat or something. By that time, we had figured out to manage the temp via the open window. Hopefully, they will get this resolved soon. Otherwise, they are just throwing dollar bills out the window.
Would stay again.
