I would highly recommend the Hummingbird House as a wonderful place to stay in Silverton. There was plenty of room, and the kitchen was well equipped. Very walkable to everything in town.

Great winter house!

The hummingbird house was great. so close to everything in town. Was very comfortable, clean and not a closed in feeling like some other places in town. We came down for a few ski days at Silverton. We will rent again!

We loved our stay at the Hummingbird House! Kids enjoyed the porch for hanging out and reading and we loved that we could walk to town, out to eat, to the store etc. Great little house!

Historic home in down town Silverton

Cute historic home on the main street in Silverton. Easily walkable to stores and restaurants down town and also to the grocery store. Worked great for our weekend trip.

Lovely get-away

My boyfriend and I invited another couple for a 4 wheeling trip to silverton for 3 nights and the Hummingbird House was the perfect size for us. The property manager was quick to respond to questions, entry with the key code very easy. The Hummingbird is in a great location , right on the main street. We went 4 wheeling one day and drove over Red Mtn Pass to Ouray the next day for shopping, Ouray Brewery, and hot springs. My boyfriend loved the long driveway and says we will be back with our trailer/ATVs. Updated bath was lovely and the place was spotless. We really enjoyed our time here.

The Hummingbird House was a great choice for our 3-day stay in Silverton. Yes, it's an old house and has a few quirks, but it's spacious and comfy within easy walking distance of the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!
