As everything in Silverton continues to grow more and more expensive, especially lodging, The Triangle offers good, clean, and convenient lodging for travelers staying in Silverton.
While there are no frills and the building and rooms are a little long in the tooth, the price is right, the rooms are clean, the help is awesome, and the location is great!
IMHO, The Triangle earns 5 out of 5 stars among 2-star motels!
I would definitely stay there.
We have stayed at the triangle motel for several different trips. It’s been renovated. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean walkable to everywhere in Silverton, Colorado.
It is a convenient, small place but worth the price. It is a clean and nice motel.

Cute town with limited options. We stayed one night, check in and check out was smooth. Bathroom shower head did not function properly, and the windows did not lock. They do not have ac but did provide us with fans.

Outside of property old and not attractive. Rooms remodeled and small but this is an old mining town.
My family loved our stay here. It was perfect walking distance from shops and restaurants! The hotel had everything we wanted and needed to make our stay comfortable. Staff was awesome friendly and helpful too!
AC in the room would've made all the difference. But all was simple and well done and clean.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of this room, including a full kitchen and a large bedroom. Everything was super clean. The girl at the front desk, Mariah, helped us secure a room previously at a different place in Silverton prior to Triangle, because they were full at the time. She works at a couple hotels and was a tremendous spokesperson for how nice everyone was to us in Silverton. I would stay at the Triangle again for sure!
We just needed a place to stay for one night and this was perfect: walking distance to several eateries, recently remodeled, warm and snug as the temps dipped below freezing, pleasant workers in the adjoining convenient store/lobby and overall a nice quiet stay.
The room was updated and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Silverton is in a beautiful area of Colorado and we very much enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely stay again in the future.
While the outside looks questionable—don’t be fooled. It was very clean freshly renovated room. Very nice will be coming back.

Clean motel
We thought we booked a king bed, it was not. When we checked in the gal made a big deal about signing a paper about damage to the hotel, and then when we entered the room there was the toilet paper holder ripped off the wall, which I let her know right away. The bed was too soft. There was a coffee maker but no cups to make it in. The room was down a hallway and it was very hot which made it hard to sleep. We did have a fan and opened the window which helped. The motel itself was clean, and was easy to find. The people were nice.
Nice property, comfortable king bed. Everything seems new and renovated. Great shower. Big bathroom. Three windows that opened to cool it off at night.
Overall a great stay. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms with easy access to everything in town and the surrounding trails. Only thing to be aware of is that the walls are not insulated well enough to block sounds from adjoining room. Not overly loud, just be aware.
