"We like the comfortable room and the staff are so helpful (little things like switching out Med Roast for stronger brew or the great selection of organic tea, or making sure we had non-feather pillows). We like that it is not on the main street and parking onsite. It is above a restaurant but the low volume of noise was doable and the band on the last night was great! And restaurants, parade and fireworks are within walking distance."

"We had a wonderful getaway at Janice’s property. The house is set back next to the creek and the open space surrounding it is gorgeous. It made for a very relaxing and fun long weekend. We loved Silverton and that the house was a short walk to the Main Street where we enjoyed some delicious meals. We also enjoyed hiking, fishing, tubing in Durango and doing the mountain activities in Purgatory. The house is charming, rustic and spacious. We love that Janice allows dogs too as we brought our two dogs with us. Janice was super friendly, communicative and easy to get a hold of. The check in process was very easy. We will definitely stay here again if it is available."
