The bright and welcoming living and dining area offers direct access to the heated pool (additional cost) and jacuzzi (additional cost), perfect for relaxing and enjoying leisure time.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your stay.



The first floor features four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds. Three of these rooms have private bathrooms, and there is an additional bathroom on this floor, providing maximum comfort for all guests.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, ideal for those seeking a more secluded space.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering all the functionality needed to prepare meals with family or friends.



Outside, the villa offers a large leisure area with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a relaxing pool area. The property also includes a games room and private parking.



Located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, just a few steps from the beach, it is close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the lively seafront promenade.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
