Villa Peace is a spacious and serene residence in Pêra, ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort and moments of rest in a welcoming environment.



The living room and dining room offer bright and welcoming areas, perfect for socialising and relaxation. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two single beds en suite with a bathtub and an additional bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen ensures functionality and allows you to prepare meals comfortably throughout your stay.



On the outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost) offers a relaxing environment, complemented by the barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for extended leisure time. The property also has private parking for several cars.



Villa Peace is situated near the beaches, restaurants and services of the region, offering the perfect balance between serenity and convenience.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
