Villa Peace is a spacious and tranquil house located in the quiet parish of Pêra, ideal for those seeking comfort and peace just a few minutes by car from the beaches and main attractions of the Algarve.

On the ground floor, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with two individual sofa beds and an elegant dining room. There is also a twin bedroom, a common bathroom with a bathtub, and a twin suite with a private bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a suite with a double bed and shower, a twin bedroom, and a common bathroom with a shower.

The exterior is equally charming, with a large barbecue area and outdoor dining table, perfect for family and friends moments. The private pool, surrounded by green areas, invites relaxation and Algarve sunshine. The property also offers private parking for up to 5 cars.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Price for up to 8 guests

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Fantastic Villa for a Relaxing Getaway

We had such an amazing time at Villa Peace! The place is super spacious and surrounded by nature, which made it perfect for unwinding. The private pool was a highlight, and we spent most days lounging by it or grilling up a feast in the barbecue area. The villa is also just a short drive from the beaches, which was really convenient. If you're looking for a peaceful escape in the Algarve, this is the spot!

Great Stay

Villa Peace was the perfect choice for our group. The house is big, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The outdoor space is amazing, especially the pool area—it felt like our own little private paradise. We loved cooking in the spacious kitchen and having dinners outside. It’s also close enough to the beaches but tucked away in a quiet area, so you get the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends!

Villa Peace provided a wonderful stay for our group. The villa is spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bedrooms and ample living areas.
