Amazing Villa!

Lovely holiday home

Our group of 10 (two families of five) really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, and is easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants/cafes, and a Lidl. We had a wonderful time and Andrea our host was easy to communicate with.

Lovely family holiday

The property was prefect for our family of 8 adults, 1 teen and two infants. The only thing was the tiles outside the pool were quite slippy for the kids so would recommend some sort of non slip shoe when they are out of the pool.

Family Holiday

Excellent property the photos do not do it justice. We had the pool and jacuzzi heated, it makes a big difference especially for small children, we had a great time. The beach was amazing.

Perfect Family Holiday

Beautiful and well equipped Villa with a layout perfect for a large group , yet with spaces for privacy. The garden, pool and outdoor dining are great.Very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Andrea , the property manager , was very friendly and professional and even arranged for an extra coffee machine to suit us. She gave us lots of local tips and advice and dealt swiftly with any questions. Very close to the beach and a large range of restaurants, bars and shops.

A lovely stay

We were a group of 8 adults and we had a lovely time at the vila. There was plenty of space for everyone with 5 beautiful large bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. The vila is beautifully decorated with a taste of luxury. and a chill out spot in the basement with games. There is plenty of outdoor space too with a great pool, hot tub and plenty of loungers. It is a short 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, which is very convenient and an even shorter walk to the beach. All in all everyone had a great stay.

A wonderful break

3 generations of our family stayed in this villa & had a great time. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't bother hiring a car as we could walk to the supermarket, the beach, bars & restaurants easily. The villa is in a very quiet residential area so there was no noise at all.

Stunning villa!

We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children and found the villa amazing, it was very spacious and all the rooms were huge, extremely clean and so many different areas for shade/sun and the pool area was perfect to relax. Andrea was very good answering my many questions and came back to me straight away with answers. We met her at checkin and showed us round the villa, a very kind and lovely lady. Beach few minutes away and plenty of bars/restaurants 10 mins away no need for a car. Couldn’t fault the villa at all, the nicest we’ve stayed in and only wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful villa with tasteful furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. Things that could be improved Chopping boards( only 1 small ) A welcome starter kit with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and condiments would be preferable to wine and cake. Only 1 toilet paper per bathroom was abit mean. Otherwise a wonderful holiday was had.

Nice place

Nice property, well situated. We were 10 people, Kids and adults enjoyed it. One thing I would recommend is to have someone to clean the house maybe once a week. We stayed 7 days and had nos access to a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. With 6 kids in the house, it would have been nice to have those. We really enjoyed our stay. Andrea was great and effective. We had a problem with one of the AC so I texted her in the evening and they fixed it the next day.

Great villa, Andrea was brilliant!

A lovely Villa perfect for a large family of all ages, containing all the crockery, cutlery, glasses, towels etc that you will need. It is situated a short walk from a sandy beach with plenty bars, restaurants and shops. The Villa has a heated pool, jacuzzi and BBQ with outdoor seating ideal for al fresco dining. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Andrea is always on hand to help with any problems or enquiries. She made sure we had a cot and a high chair for our 6 month old grandson. A lovely weeks holiday in late May with 3 generations of my family. We would not hesitate to go back. The Herbert family

Great location!

Great place in a great location. A lot of restaurants and a beach 5 min walk away. There are also grocery stores close by as well. The villa is beautiful and very well maintained. The host communicates quickly so if you have any questions or issues she is very responsive. The only snag we ran into was that the hot tub broke only days before our expected arrival. We were given the choice to either go without for our trip or the inconvenience of having a new one installed during our stay. While this was disappointing as we did not have use of this for 2/3 of the trip we were able to enjoy it on the last few days and the host communicated with us throughout the process so was handled very well. It was just unfortunate that we did not have use for the entirety of the trip. Overall I would recommend to stay here.

Dirty pool and jacuzzi, bad smell, bird droppings all over

On arrival we could not check inn before 16.00, The Jacuzzi had realy dirty water, later on 3 child got ear infections, the agent said the water was inside water standards, in simple ph stickes bouth pool and jacuzzi was outside all standards, we brought a water sample to the hospital and they told us to keep the children away from the dirty water. The agent charged us 1150€ extra for heating the pool, the jacuzzi was not healty. The property outside was every morning full off bird droppings, the basement bedrom could not be used due to a strong sewage smell, in the playroom it was astrong smell off mould and cement. The house is for max 8 persons, the seating innside and outside will only take 8.

Perfect Villa!

We enjoyed a two week stay here as a family of nine with ages ranging from 10-79. The villa is absolutely beautiful both inside & out, very well laid out & comfortable for a large group with plenty of space. The games room downstairs was an added bonus for the younger members of our party. The outside areas are also well laid out with lots of room for those that like to sunbathe, a great pool, & a shaded outside dining area equipped with BBQ. The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival & we had a midstay change of bed linen & towels, & a thorough clean throughout as well. Beach/pool towels were also provided & changed too. The property manager, Andrea, was a pleasure to deal with; she was very helpful answering any questions/queries we had both before & during our stay. She also met us on our arrival at the villa to show us around & provide some useful information. The villa is situated in a quiet area, but just a short 5-10 minute walk from the beach & lively town where there’s plenty of restaurants, & the best ice cream shop – N’Ice Cream! The only thing we would note is that the pool does not have the sun on it for the entire day due to the layout & also the shade from the trees. The kids found it a bit chilly to start with but soon got used to it, but if you’re not staying during the peak summer months then you might want to take the optional extra of having the pool heated. We would highly recommend this villa & wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we visit this area again

Uitstekend huis en faciliteiten voor 8 volwassenen en 3 kleine kinderen. Mooi verwarmde zwembad en alles in huis om de vakantie complet te maken. Goed locatie op loopafstand van strand en centrum. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel bij in- en uitcheck. Echt een aanrader.

Fantastic villa

We stayed over Easter. Villa was fantastic. Great size rooms, well equipped and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Recommend paying to have the pool heated outside of summer time.Would definitely stay again

Sehr schönes Haus *****

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus. Wir waren 4 Erw + 1 Kleinkind. Das Haus besitzt 5 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad. Die Räume im UG haben wir nicht genutzt, es riecht ein wenig muffig. Alle Schlafräume waren gut und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Bäder sind auch sehr schön. Ein Bad im OG hat eine große Badewanne, alle anderen Bäder sind mit Badwanne (Duschabtrennung). Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Strandhandtücher sind ebenso vorhanden! Die Küche ist mit reichlich Gläsern und Geschirr ausgestattet. Wir haben nur einen normale Kaffeemaschine vermisst, es gibt lediglich eine kleine Nespressomaschine (Kapseln), da dauerte es ein wenig bis alle Kaffee hatten. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig, wurde von uns aber nicht gezutzt, wir hatten ja schönes Wetter :-). Der gesamte Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, auf der schönen Terrasse an der Küche, konnte man die Morgensonne genießen. Der Grillplatz mit Überdachung und einem großen Tisch mit Stühlen, war zum Grillabend ideal. Der große Pool war zum schwimmen erfrischend, im beheiztem Jacuzzi (gegen Aufpreis) konnte man sich dann aufwärmen und relaxen. Der Pool und der Außenbereich wurde alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt, top!!! Ingesamt war das Haus sehr sauber. Andrea hat uns am Ankunfttag alles erklärt und hat sich zwischendurch immer wieder gemeldet, ob alles ok ist. Sehr freundlich! Wir vermissen jetzt schon das pinke Haus, insbesondere unsere Kleine. Vielen Dank

Perfect huis voor 2 gezinnen

Ruime woning en iedere kamer had een eigen badkamer. De garage is leuk voor de kinderen (pooltafel, tafeltennis en voetbaltafel). Het weer was ideaal om te wandelen of dorpjes te bezoeken (19-22 graden). Wel verwarmd zwembad nodig in deze periode. Dicht bij het strand en restaurants. Een minpuntje was misschien de vochtigheid in het huis, maar dat zal wellicht te wijten zijn aan het weer de voorbije weken. In het hoogseizoen heb je dit misschien niet. Wij deden de wandeling the seven hanging valleys. Heel mooie wandeling op de kliffen. Aan het strand bij het huis kan je ook wandelen op de kliffen. Een boottocht naar de verschillende grotten is ook een aanrader. Wij namen een kleine boot omdat je dan dichter bij de grotten komt en er zelfs in kan varen. Fan van het dorpje ferragudo! Ook albufeira, lagos, silves en monchique bezocht. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie!

Excellent property, lovely host

Andrea was a superstar from start to finish! Excellent and rapid communication throughout. The property is huge with all amenities you could hope for. Great pool and hot tub, perfect for families. Big BBQ, with plenty of space to cook for large groups. Close to town, didn't need to hire a car at all (walk to beach / restaurants / town centre was approx 5 - 10 minutes). For longer trips Uber / Bolt was quick, easy and cheap! And to top it all off we had perfect weather, didn't see a cloud all week so a big thank you to Andrea for sorting that for us too !!! 😜
