"Excellent hotel, enjoyed the facilities, but staff at restaurant very rude and ignorant. I went the first morning to find there was nobody in attendance, when I asked assistance from concierge staff, they found me a seat but the waiters ignored me. I left. I raised the issue with mananagement and the next morning I was approached by the maitre d to have breakfast for free in the restaurant in a threatening manner, as I had already had breakfast elsewhere I refused his invitation. Next morning I breakfasted in the restaurant and was charged the full price. Very poor."
