"This is a lovely hotel. Short walk from the hbf and very close to the old town. Room and amenities were to a high standard, bar and work space are very good and the staff were very efficient and friendly. I would stay again without hesitation."

"Great location, but disappointing service. The hotel is in an excellent location, which was the best part of our stay. However, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. There was no daily housekeeping, and the cleaning service was charged separately at almost a quarter of the room rate, which is unreasonable. Because of this, the room was not as clean as it should have been. Overall, the location was great, but the lack of hospitality and cleanliness made the experience disappointing."
