Note that this property is legitimately on a hill, if you don’t have a car or driver you will have to walk up two maybe even three hills. We did experience flooding in our shower which was handled very quick but still very inconvenient. Staff did their best to communicate and handle all needs. All of the appliances were in French which wasn’t a problem but would have been good to know. I overall enjoyed my stay but would not book again

i really liked the view of st maarten, air conditioning worked awesome. Hosts were able to satisfy our needs. Sink was very stopped up so it drained slowly. I recommend them getting a broom so that we can sweep. I didn’t like how we couldn’t get room service (cleaning) unless we paid.

I loved and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful, the view from my apartment was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly, the checking in and out was easy. The only thing I didn’t like is that the washing machines take hours to wash and hours to dry, like 7hours to wash, literally. Other than that, I’d definitely book again for my next trip. 9/10

The room was excellent except for limited hot water. You have to pay for housekeeping which I did only to find out it's for the day you're leaving. If you're staying for a long period of time you will need to book your housekeeping day 48 hours in advance. Overall the room and location was splendid.
