Modern 1 bedroom apartment newly built. Has backup generator for when city power is off. Marble floors through out. All stainless steel appliances in kitchen and granite counter top. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, Gas Grill. Hi speed WiFi internet. Dish Network Satellite TV in living room and bedroom. CD/DVD player. Air conditioning in all areas.
Baby crib available to use.
Newly opened roof deck to get great views of surrounding areas including Simpson Bay, French side, Beacon Hill, Pelican keys, Kim Sha. Great area to relax and have a glass of wine.. Roof deck has built in L sofa, 3 lounges and a side table, Grill, sink and a Mini fridge.
Bedroom has queen size bed with 8 extra storage drawers.
Closet door is mirrored with lights inside. Ironing board, Safe and Hair Dryer in closet. All linens and beach towels provided. Reading lights on each side of headboard.
TV in bedroom has live TV

Living room has a Queen sized Pull out couch that can accommodate 2 extra people. Custom book case with assortment of books. Also large lounge chair.
Dining table seats 4, with 3 additional bar seating at counter. TV with live TV channels.

Balcony has 3 lounge chairs, a small table and a custom bench. Gas grill, mini fridge and sink.
3 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler also provided for use. Parking right at your entrance. About 90 steps to the beach. Borders one of the most luxurious properties on St Maarten - Las Arenas.
