The villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms:
• Master bedroom with sea view, private bathroom, double bed, TV, air conditioning, and private balcony.
• Second bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning, safe, and access to a large terrace with table and sun loungers. Shared bathroom.
• Children’s bedroom with two single beds, desk, TV, and air conditioning.
• Studio-style bedroom, kitchen, living area, bathroom, and large TV — ideal for extra privacy.
The villa also features a spacious open living area with large TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a dining table for up to 10 guests. The fully equipped American-style kitchen is designed to comfortably host families and groups.
For entertainment, guests will enjoy a dedicated game room with pool table, air hockey, ping pong and a large TV.
Outside, the terrace includes a swimming pool, lounge area, BBQ, and outdoor dining table for 8 guests. Just a few steps lead directly down to the beach.
