"Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and is a great halfway stop on the way to Destin. The staff was friendly, and the front desk lady was polite and tried to help.
Unfortunately, our experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. When we first used the restroom, we found the toilet seat dirty. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, we were told there was no housekeeping available until the morning and no other rooms were available. Eventually, we were moved to a king room, but unfortunately, the toilet seat in that room was also dirty. In the end, we had to clean it ourselves.
The location and staff were great, but the lack of housekeeping support and the cleanliness of the bathrooms left us disappointed. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards because it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience."
