"The bed sheets had dried up blood on them, staff was not apologetic nor did they offer anything to compensate for the disgusting issue we had. Room had a bad odor as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all!!! Also if you like it dark and quiet this is not the place to be... curtains barely cover the window and their lights are so bright."

"The pool needs updating and cleaning, there was bugs in the jacuzzi, the pool watef was foggy and rocks in it.. "

"Room was dirty., shower was not clean Bed and rug dirty Urine in the toilet . Asked for a refund told me I had to wait till Monday to speak to one .offered to upgrade room but we were exhausted and didn’t want to move everything . Pool and jacuzzi were closed most of the time we were there for maintenance after being told the jacuzzi WAS BRAND new. Left the keys on the counter because no one came when I rang the bell "

"Very clean and new hotel that was perfect for a quick stay. We had a great stay! We will definitely return next time we pass through."

"The building and room were clean. A sign on the empty check-in desk said “Ring for service.” I tapped the bell one time. The check-in attendant came out to the desk after I rang. She was clearly interrupted from eating in the back and had a mouthful of food when she asked what I wanted. I told her I had a reservation. She then instructed me to move to the other side of the register (away from the bell) while she looked up my reservation. It took longer than it should have and she seemed irritated the entire time."
