"The hotel was very nice and the staff greeted you coming and going. Anthony was exceptionally helpful. The only reason for 4 ⭐️ was that the elevators were being serviced which led to congestion waiting to leave or to get to your room. There were service elevators available, but those were also being heavily used by guests and staff who were unable to use the ones in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and lovely hotel."

"I was satisfied with my stay. I was not expecting much given the reviews and the price I paid (I visited in April). The room was decently clean, nice staff and the included breakfast was acceptable for my standards. Pro: - Perfect location near central park and metro station - Nice staff - Good size for the King sized room with big windows and a lot of light. - Breakfast included Cons: - They got some bleach stains in the corridor carpets. - The elevator is kinda slow - Some dust in the drawers and a few stains here and there. Overall I was satisfied. It's for sure not a five-star hotel, but for the price, the location and the staff it was good. I will definitely come back."
