"The hotel front desk - Chance was super nice and friendly.
The breakfast bar attendant - Millie, was very nice and Millie kept the breakfast bar full and clean. Mille would assist guests as needed, such as making their waffles for them and even taking the finished waffle to the guest. The breakfast bar had a nice variety of items to choose from. One side note: there needs to be a sign or something to let other guests know this a "shared" breakfast bar and they should not hog the whole bar by spacing their chosen items all along the bar and blocking other guests from utilizing it. This was a repeated numerous times by the same set of guests.
The housekeeping was whole different story for us. While they were friendly when we talked to them and were accommodating in providing towels. However, the whole time we were there, 3 days, our room was never cleaned. I check when we arrived to verify there was daily housekeeping and new towels each day. The used/wet towels were never removed, the trash cans were never emptied and the beds were never straighten up. We did not request for them "not" to do the normal housekeeping. Upon check-out this was brought to the front desk as an issue.
Definitely not what I would and have expected from this brand."
