"Staff was very rude. False advertisement of hotel. In a very unsafe part of town. A very. Horrible experience. I saved all year so i could take my grandchildren to thunder over Louisville and was told it was within walking distance. WAS NOT AT ALL no inside heated pool. It was freezing and staffwas so overly rude. So very disappointing. Very unsafe hotel. A really bad part of town"

"This hotel did not feel like a Marriott. It felt a little dated. The floor plan was a little awkward. I never did find an ice machine. Parking garage was bit secure. There were also issues with the elevator and only one was operating most of the weekend. All of that being said, I would STILL give this hotel 5 stars and will DEFINITELY return in the future. The staff was second to none and more than eager to help out or just say a friendly hello the entire trip. The rooms, the pool, the fitness center and the common areas were all very clean. The location was within walking distance of 4th Street Live and RIGHT at the start line of the Kentucky Derby Marathon. Thanks for making us feel welcome. We’ll see you again."

"There was no running water the first three hours we were there which meant no working bathroom. The pool was dirty and had scum on the walls and bottom. The advertised hot tub was non-existent. It has been dug up. The only positive was that the suite was a nice size and clean."
