The location was fantastic.Check-In, Parking and Check-Out easy.The images of the condo were misleading.- cockroaches were present- Floors were not swept- sofa bed sheets were still on bed and unwashed- makeup on the pillow cases from the pullout couch and the hair dryer bag- bedside furniture had ...

It was better than I imagined. Classic New England. (And better than Avon, haha)
Used to live in Simsbury in the 1970,s. So great to return and see the lovely town more charming than ever!
It’s definitely a place to stay at to experience a small glimpse in the past.
We didn’t have time to explore Simsbury, but the area was beautiful.
