"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Kuching. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. From the reception counter to the front entrance, the staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
We also appreciated the room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that some noise from the ongoing renovation works could occasionally be heard.
