"Nous avons été satisfait du chalet au niveau de sa conception, de la noblesses des matériaux et de sa vue imprenable sur les montagnes mais... À notre arrivée, nous constatons que le ménage n'a pas été fait. Cela enlève l'aspect "qualité de service haut de gamme". Une belle vue peut être gâchée par des vitres sales ! Un SPA pas clean enlève une partie de son aspect bien-être et santé. Du coup, nous avons été obligé de faire le ménage le jour de notre arrivée. Dommage... En résumé, nous sommes...

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Garin, petit village, point de départ de belles randonnées. Le chalet est très sympathique, très bien équipé pour la cuisine. Deux suggestions : si vous changez le lit de la mezzanine prenez le plus grand 160x200 parce qu’on a parfois les pieds qui dépassent… et équipez les marches de rebords en caoutchouc pour éviter les chutes"

"The setting was beautiful (Peyragude near Loudenvielle in the French Pyrenees) but unfortunately the condo was completely infested with hundreds of flies, every day I'd vacuum them from the walls, ceilings, beds, bathrooms, etc. and every day more would hatch (clearly nests are permeating the space). Pointed it out to the property manager but they made no attempts to do anything about it for our entire week-long stay. Also, they said bed linens and towels were included in the rental, however...

"Charming renovated house with convenient terrace and coal bbq. Perfect for family and large group (beautiful dining area and table). Some “good to know”: location in the ad (aug 2024) is not correct (the ad shows position below the village whereas the house is effectively right next to the main road going up the mountain). Linen and towels are NOT included and we could not find this info in the ad (and the owner had no willingness to help find a service in the area). There is no umbrella on the...

"A pleasant, cosy chalet which suited the needs of three people perfectly. It is in an excellent location overlooking the town and with views of the mountains; short walk into town centre, good supermarket about 5 minutes drive away on edge of town. Well-equipped kitchen. Proprietor friendly and helpful and speaks sufficient English if you do not speak French. We enjoyed exploring the area especially the Route des Lacs and the various scenic mountain passes."
