Idyllic guest house in Tuscan country house style with swimming pool

The accommodations are located in a quiet setting, surrounded by beautiful, typical Tuscan countryside with lavender, cypress trees, vineyards, and olive groves.

The bedrooms and living areas are fully furnished and feature a fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

The private terrace is furnished with patio furniture. A small pine grove provides shade during the day.

The large swimming pool (14 x 7 m) is located 20 m further down, separated by hedges, and is occasionally shared with other vacationers. The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.

Three friendly German Shepherds live on the estate year-round. One of them is still a puppy.

Shopping:
In the romantic old village of Trequanda (6 km), there is a post office, bar, restaurant,
pharmacy, bakery, butcher, Coop, and gas station.

Sinalunga (11 km) is the lively center of the region, with a train station, post office, various
shops and restaurants in all price ranges, large shopping centers (Coop, etc.), a charming little theater, and a sizeable weekly market on Tuesdays.

At the nearby outlet mall, you’ll find many stores offering brand-name items at affordable prices.

Special highlights include various festivals held between July and September in the villages
of the area, as well as open-air opera performances on summer evenings against a historic
backdrop.

Day trips to Siena, Arezzo, Florence, the Chianti region, the wine-growing areas of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino, Pienza, Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Orvieto, the coast, Lake Trasimeno, and Lake Bolsena are all easily accessible.
