Expedia claims A/C, but we did not have. the rooms that have A/C are only portable units. A little tough when it is a hot August in Tuscany. The beds are horrible. Again you are camping in a medieval village. Location is very remote from other Tuscany towns. That being said, it is a beautiful place to camp in a medieval village. "

"My wife and I loved our stay! The property is historic and has so much character. Our room had a view of the Il Campo square which was fantastic. The location can't be beat. The communication with the property prior to check was great. There were complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Great guys running the place. Comfortable bed. Perfect area. Music school next door provided piano and string instrument music through the windows. Amazing. Breakfast was nice, with type and volume of food huge! The apartment was mostly clean, with gorgeous windows and lots of space. Fairly dated furniture, which is fine for wood pieces, not so much for the sofas. Attention to detail lacking. "The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano)."
