"Loved the rooms! They were very nice, clean and spacious! The showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water; however, do not count on the mounting for the showerhead (does not hold it). The food was very good. I had the trout one night and it was cooked to perfection (highly recommend). The goulash tasted very good; however, the portion was very small. I would advise a larger portion. The salads, pasta and desserts was amazing. The indoor pool is incredible and the bathrobes actually fit this big guy! From start to finish, this hotel is one of the best I have visited in Romania. Please visit and ENJOY!!"

"Rooms were fabulous clean, warm and beautiful. Staff couldn't do enough, free cake for friends birthday, so accommodating, friendly , never rude. The food was amazing , including the hot chocolate. The views from the hotel were spectacular and so peaceful. I would stay there again and again. There is a,hot tub and sauna which you can use till 10.30 at night , this is individually booked and was always available in slots. We didnt do yoga but met the teacher , she was lovely and others at the hotel said she was a really good teacher. Games cupboard available with lots if games and activities for all ages ie scrabble We saw other hotels in the area but know we had booked the best one , so so lucky. This would suit couples , friends and children IGNORE TERRIBLE REVIEW ITS NOT TRUE Thankyou so much SHELLY , KEV AND BERNADETTE"

"Lovely staff. Nice room and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. the breakfast was good . Great area, close to lots of restaurants etc. I was on the 3rd floor and there were lots of stairs as they don’t have a lift so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. I would recommend this hotel."

"Room was cleaned. Staff was friendly. Lots of shops close by and Bran Castle was 3 minutes away. Beautiful Castle and mountains view from room balcony. Breakfast was delicious."

"We loved the chalet! The architecture and decor were very impressive. The sofa in the suite needs to be replaced 😁 it’s very ‘firm’ and worn. Lighting above the bathroom sinks weren’t very good for doing contacts and make up. We loved it and would totally walk the stairs to the top just to enjoy the room ❤️🌹"

"Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!"
