"Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to buy washing powder in single packs from the desk which was handy. The room was very clean and the bins and towels were serviced daily with the beds changed every two days. For two people the suite was pretty spacious. The appliances (hair dryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer) all worked well. Best part was the location. Close enough to two stations of the different lines we needed, it was also easy to wander back from places like Gyeongbokgung Palace. I’d definitely stay again. "

"Highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul, rooms are spacious, clean & quiet. Staff are amazing, always available to help. Location is great, close to Starbucks, Myeongdong walking street, restaurants and subway station. Definitely will stay there again."
