"The hotel was beautifully renovated in the old part of Palma within a short stroll to its many shops cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff and the service they offer are a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. The spa and rooftop pool and terrace were a wonderful addition too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you! "

"The room was very nice, with nice terrace. Lots of local restaurants around. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruits and a large variety. We didn’t like that you had to sit at the same table every morning as they allocate you a table. The towels are old and not clean , have marks on it. "

"First time to the hotel and to Mallorca. We were very impressed with the facilities and the service at the hotel. Dina , the Front Office Manager was very friendly and professional and nothing felt any trouble.

"A wonderful hotel in pretty much every way. The only challenges were 1) the steep hill and steps to and from the port, 2) the comfort of the bed and especially the pillows 3) crowded pool area without enough shaded beds (and the scramble to ‘reserve’ them before 8am). We would return, though. It’s beautiful, with great food and drink and helpful staff "
"Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. This was easy to do as the hotel is so quiet. We only are out but the breakfast and breakfast room looked very inviting again with amazing staff.
