"Pros: Die Dachterrasse ist schön und groß. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut . Cons: Durch die niedrigen Temperaturen im März 23 merkte man, dass eine Heizung fehlte , nur mit Klimaanlagen heizen geht nicht und erhöht nur die Stromkosten, die separat bezahlt werden müssen. Leider hat sich dadurch Schimmel an einer Wand im Schlafzimmer gebildet. Eigentlich hätte man vom Mietpreis etwas ersetzt bekommen müssen."

"Pros: Die Finca ist einfach wunderschön. Alles da was man benötig und noch viel mehr. Handtücher, Badesachen und Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ein Sonnenschein, dass man bei der Ankunft sofort ein gutes Gefühl hat. Ob wir wieder kommen? Zu 150% Cons: Nichts zu meckern"

"+ This Finca had everything you need. We were suprised by the completeness of the house and kitchen. A room with games to play and a Pingpong table outside was very nice and the Pool was clean. It is a quiet location and when you have a rental car it is a perfect location. - The road from the mainroad to the finca was very poor."

"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"Pros: The house has a wonderful very private pool and garden area. Even nicer than on the pictures I travelled with my dog and it was fantastic and very uncomplicated. Joan was a great host, who always answered quickly when there was a question Thank you for the great mallorquinean wine"
