Loved the pool ! And the view from the room was great. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work which they fixed promptly. When we came the next day there was hot chocolate for us with an apology 😊

Great location. However, for the price charged , expect better condition of the room. And expect the toilet to be in perfect condition . Some of the items on toilet a bit old and not superbly clean. Can see slight stains and for the price I paid and where it’s located, I expect more

We had a really great stay at Banyan Tree. The room was better than we had expected and the staff were really attentive and caring. It wasn't the cheapest but was worth the money.
