The hotel is in the center of everything. Very accessible to major tourist spots in the city. All in all, my family and I were satisfied with our stay.
The property is in poor condition, old and smells mold. The pillow smells bad and bed is hard to sleep on. However the lobby staff is helpful and friendly. She gave us the new pillow and pillow case. She helped us to get taxi as well. The location is great for food and convenient but the hotel is not what we will book again.
The room was much smaller then advertised. I got a room for 2 adults and 2 children. No space to move around. End of the stay hotel elevator was out of services for over 3 days. Difficult to bring luggages down stairwell. Don't recommend anyone to stay there and I will not be a returning costumer. You might as well go to hotel 81 in Singapore.
This hotel is a firm 2/5. There is a bit of a lobby on the second floor and random people would be sleeping in this area all hours of day and night (directly outside of our room). Room was moderately clean and sheets had grit in them. Toilet leaked water. We were not comfortable leaving any personal items of monetary or emotional value in the room when away from the room. No hotel or room safe available for passports etc.
I found the hotel explanation of its offer (number of people/beds) to be at best poorly explained and more likely highly misleading. The neighbourhood was very noisy at night until around 1 am and then again from 5 am (at which time between a flock of large and loud birds, construction noise and garbage trucks, it was difficult to sleep.
The wifi was, however, pretty good.
When booking this hotel, the pictures looked great, but we soon realized this was not the case when we arrived. Starting out, the elevator was broken and the check in was on the 2nd floor. We checked in, and they told us we would be on the 6th floor. We lugged our bags to the 6th floor to enter our room that looked nothing like the pictures. The curtains were terrible looking, no mini fridge, no soap in the shower, and the hallways were so hot with every window open. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for what we paid.
They ruined our family say in the Singapore. The hotel has nothing to do with the picture online. We were so disappointed with everything but especially with - Very dirty room with mouldy shower, mouldy smell from the air-con, stinky towels, unpleasant receptionist and very dirty lifts. We did not sleep even one night properly due to the internal and outside noise. They charge deposit upon arrival which they return upon departure(it takes up to 14days to arrive) - No receipt of the refund. I lost trust with Hotels.com as well. This type of scammers should not be posted on the trusted websites.

Take a look at the photos of the rooms, and reduce your expectations by 20x. In person, these rooms look unfinished, cluttered and can barely be called neat.
Looking at the triple room? Decrease your expectations by a further 10x. If they give you the corner rooms, 601 and 605, you'll get a little more real estate than the middle rooms. The double bed is okay, serves it's purpose and can definitely fit 2 comfortably even with a baby in between. The extra bed though, is just a single couch with an ottoman added to the end held together by a fitted sheet. And no it's not one of those plush couches, it's as cheap as couches get.
The bathroom is certainly decent. Sizeable enough with a hot and cold shower. If you're on the plus size of things, the toilet is a bit of a squeeze.
Now for the horror story. Of the 3 days we spent in this hotel, we were only able to use the elevators, twice. Twice! And we were on the 6th floor, a group that had senior citizens and a toddler. so to cap off every day of adventure, we had to go walk up the stairs to the 6th floor. We didn't even complain about it anymore, not allowing it ruin our vacation.
The day before were to depart, we gave them a heads up to let them know that we had 13 pcs of luggage between all of us and that at no point were we bringing these down the stairs ourselves. We gave them advanced notice so that they could make arrangements for this. The receptionist even tried to say they would "help" us carry the bags down, but
