We were made to walk through the open foyer and then via the staff room to get to and from the pool which was awkward and embarrasing. The spa was also closed but there was no mention of it until we got to the pool. The rooms seem to be in hibernation, with some things like the water heater and cooler being completely switched off which took a while to work out how to switch them on. The balcony was locked shut and no key so it was completely inaccessible. There were only a towel each and nothing to clean anything in the kitchen. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious and the bed and couch area was good.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early at 12pm instead of normal 3pm. We really appreciate it because we arrived at 6am and need to rest asap. Room is very small which we know. It is clean and functional. Location is great, close to rochor mrt and Albert center (hawkers), as well as bugis street and junction (only 5 to 10 mins walk max). Overall we have enjoyed our stay here and thanks for the mother's day flowers 😄
