The location is super convenient to shopping and eating. The hotel is very nice and decor is spectacular. The only downside is the water is at a set temp and just feel hot and not like other hotels that you can take a nice photo bath. I never found this situation in any hotels that I have been in Asia. Overall I ha d wonderful stay at the hotel and will come back again and recommend any one who has not tried.

Always pleasant to be at InterContinental Singapore - one of my favourite hotels in Singapore. Some waiting time at check-in and check-out - and even in InterContinental you can feel the impact on service levels after a long period of Covid.

Room was nice and clean, however was very far away from the lift and there was a flight of steps which was very inconvenient for my Father who use a walker and there was no lift.

room size was ok just the bed is just to soft and shower flow is bad either too hot or too cold is kind of a disappointment with the brand as they us to provide good service and comfortable rooms
