Firstly, the property did not look at all like the pictures.
Secondly during my stay of 3 days and 2 night, there were red ants all over the floor which crawled up the bed. I had to clean the bed and floor constantly to prevent getting bitten.
Thirdly, the worst thing that happened was a blackout on the 3rd day at 5pm that lasted for at least 2 and a half hours. It was total pitch dark, with no air-con, lights and of course anything else that required electricity couldn’t be used. It was stuffy and horrible. No alternative premises were offered to me. I was told to just bear with it.
While the operations staff, Zin, was very helpful and tried his best to resolve the issue, his manager was the total opposite. His manager was dismissive and not empathetic despite knowing that the blackout at the property caused the occupants great inconvenience.
As I was working at that time and I needed electricity, I had no choice but to leave and look for an alternative accommodation on my own for my last day.
I sought a refund since I couldn’t do my work and they didn’t offer any solution. I texted the manager through this app and informed the manager
The manager was cold towards me and told me plainly that there was a strict no refund policy and left it as that. This is in spite of the inconvenience that was caused to me. If this is service, I think we deserve better elsewhere. I am greatly disappointed at the attitude, the experience and the service or lack of.
