Great base for a 48 hour stopover in Singapore. Easy bus or train from the airport and hotel had everything we needed nearby. Great size room with plenty of room for luggage and a big bathroom.

He was instrumental in offering us an upgraded room deal, which turned out to be a great value. His warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. Improved Connectivity from Parking to Lobby We recommend enhancing the safety and convenience of the route from the parking area to the main lobby, especially for guests unloading baggage. The current path involves navigating several steps and crossing traffic from the multi-storey car park, which requires extra caution. Toilet Hygiene Enhancements For improved hygiene and guest comfort, we suggest installing bidets in the toilets. The absence of this feature makes it inconvenient, as guests resort to using containers, which can lead to wet floors and discomfort. Toilet Paper Quality We also recommend upgrading the quality of toilet paper provided. A softer and more durable option would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Amazing experience

I enjoyed it. The room was big and great. There many outlets in the room. The toilet was clean and there was a bathtub. The view from the room was amazing. The amenities was very satisfactory. The mini fridge was very convenient.

Reception made us feel welcome on arrival. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, the air-con worked, and the pool was fabulous. The location was quiet, but super convenient to shopping and the MRT. Our only issues were: low pressure in the shower - but we're used to high pressure so it wasn't a major; and the kettle in the room was faulty.

The hotel is old even though the rooms seem like it got renovated. And it is clean. I had to change my room and front desk Ruby was helpful to accommodate. I stayed 1 night due to location only.

We booked for 4 nights but left after 2. Room was old, musty and appeared to have black mould in the ac unit. Rising damp in hall and out room. This seems to be due to the cheap bathroom renovations that hve been done. The duty manager was incredible. She worked so hard for us, found a new room and upgraded our stay. This new room was lovely. Unfortunately the staff are incompetent at best.. bat staff talking loudly to on face time and had to be asked to turn it down or preferably take it off speaker. Following morning we waited pool side and no one was about. Went to reception for one manager to tell us we don’t service the pool whilst another said they did. A gentleman named David then appeared yelling across the pool for us to order food on the phone (which was disconnected!) Hotel has offered to refund us which is a nice effort and appreciated. Given this hotels location please expect more and stay elsewhere so they do something about it.
