Hotel is remotely located, but we enjoyed the quietness and shuttle bus service made moving around easy. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the room size and overall rooms were clean, but little details like dusting headboard, cleaning the hair off sofa could be improved.

Great hotel, difficult to find if coming by foot.

Location a bit hard to find by foot, need to take a shuttle after a short walk from the monorail station. Google maps was a bit inaccurate. However, once you find the place. Great property. Secluded and quiet. The pool was empty. Downside food options limited aside from the hotel restaurant.

Check in was poorly done. Explanation of amenities by front desk unclear. Shuttle services not explained properly. Poor buffet spread. Poor food choice. Very limited in-room dining. Crib provided is rather old.
