Air conditioning was awesome and needed. Such a great location and easily accessible to all things available to see and do in Sentosa. Mins walk to everywhere or the tram was so easy to ride.

City break

Place is beautifull, everywhere short distance to walk or free monorail shuttle (if you staying in Sentosa). The flowers,trees are so fragrant, you can't describe.

Room is spacious and air-conditioning is comfortable. Many chairs, cupboards and drawers around. The best thing is there's a refillable water dispensing machine at the lift lobby. The floor is not carpet which is good but dusty. Wondering did they clean the floor. Toilet doors are difficult to close.

Birthday stay

We arrived early and it was raining. Amelia the lady who checked us in chatted to her manager who kindly upgraded us so we could check in straight away. The staff always had a smile on their faces. It is so well situated, walking distance to SEA aquarium, waterworld and universal. The express is right outside and takes you everything else. Would recommend this hotel

Rooms are great except our request for rooms near the lift for the oldies was not reserved for us despite the fact that we book many days before our trip. some of the servicing staffs are good but some needs more improvement as they are not paying attention on customer. They work & jokes with one another while serving.

The hotel is excellent. It is walking distance to the Sentosa Express station. The staff is very friendly. My rooms got combined and upgraded to suite. It is an excellent experience for me. The room is able to see the firework in USS. It also comes with compliment drinks. All are good to me

アクティビティをしっかり予定に入れていた為ホテルは寝るとこだけと割り切って予約しました。思った通り周辺施設へのアクセスが良く疲れてすぐ帰れるのは最高でした。あと、毎日ジュースやお水が無料で冷蔵庫に用意されていたり、コーヒーはネスプレッソで種類もいくつかあり、紅茶はTWGとシンガポールらしいおもてなしがあり良かったです。あと朝食は毎日少しずつ変わるポイントは良かった。 ホテルで気になった点は清掃。ほこりが棚に溜まっていて荷解きするのに服を置くのやめました。あと、滞在中adventure coveに行く際はタオルを持って行く必要があるかとフロントに聞いた所現地で貰えるので手ぶらで大丈夫と言われたのに行ったら買って下さいと言われたので30ドルのタオルを買う必要があり、案内は間違えていたのでそこはマイナス点。

Avoid Hotel Michael

Everything was rundown, cheap feeling and dirty. Even with the renovation underway you expect much better. Total waste of money. Glad to have left and gone to somewhere far better.

Very happy with the stay. Room was spacious First time minibar being complimentary - was surprise and had to asked again to confirm. Just 1 pack of nuts though but quite a selection of non-alcoholic drinks - 2 bottles of juice, flavoured water, coconut juice, bottles of water, and Nespresso pods and machine. About as close to Universal Studio Singapore as you get. Definitely a good choice if you are going to USS. Close to Santosa Express and easy access to the Vivo Shopping with free reentry into Santosa.

만족!

숙박에 USS와 waterpark ticket이 포함되어 있어서 좋았고, 저녁 산책까지 어디를 가든 이쁘고 가깝고 역에도 연결되어 있어 편리해서 좋았다. 아이들과 함께 주변 시설을 이용하면서 지내기에 정말 좋은 숙박시설인듯. 조식은 옆건물에서 먹어야하지만 딱히 불편하지는 않았고, 카펫바닥이 아니어서 좋았다.

일찍 도착해서 캐리어 키핑서비스도 아이들과 잘 놀아주시고 친절하게 이동할수 있는 트램을 타고 이용하는방법 까지 잘 가르쳐 주시더군요.. 리셉션도 명확하고 친절하게 안내해주셔서 대궐 같은 방에서 아이들이랑 잘 보내고 유니버셜까지 잘 구경하고 왔습니다..!!
